KARACHI: A top petroleum industry official on Tuesday warned that companies are facing problems in importing oil due to their poor financial position and country’s negative credit rating which has made bank financing scarce.卡拉奇：一位高级石油行业官员周二警告说，公司正面临的问题进口石油由于其不良的财务状况和国家的负面信用评级这使得银行资金匮乏。
