支持科技援疆 我国每年斥资2000万元

记者从自治区科技厅了解到，"十二五"期间，科技部对新疆支持力度将有明显提高，目前正在加紧研究一系列加快新疆发展的政策措施，以此推动新疆实现跨越式发展，达到长治久安的目的。

去年，新疆科技事业呈现出良好的发展态势，全区共登记区以上科技成果２３６项，专利申请２８７２件，授权１８６６件，全疆执行国家和自治区各类科技计划项目１３３７个，获得财政科技拨款３．２亿元。

自治区科技厅厅长张小雷说，今年，新疆将大力培育发展新能源、生物医药、新材料等战略性新兴产业，优化经济结构，培育形成新的经济增长点。战略性新兴产业具有能耗低、带动效益大、就业机会多、综合效益好的特征，也能突破当前资源能源的瓶颈约束，为实现可持续发展提供有力保障。
