巴西展开浮法玻璃反倾销调查(英文版)

Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry and trade has initiated an antidumping

investigation of certain mainland Chinese colourless flat float glass with a thickness

between two and 19 millimetres, classified under NCM 7005.29.00. The MDIT will send

questionnaires to all known interested parties, which will have 40 days to complete and

return them. Under Brazilian law, AD investigations must be wrapped up within 12 months in

ordinary circumstances and 18 months in exceptional circumstances. Provisional AD measures,

which can take the form of provisional duties or cash deposits/bank guarantees, may be

applied no earlier than 60 days from the date of initiation of the investigation.
